Our fares are affordable and in line with market rates, we charge based on tonnage, distance in kilometers and base fare. You pay for tonnage and base fare when creating an order, while the distance fare is charged at the end of the trip by calculationg distace covered. We make sure this process is transparent and may be updated time to time to reflect market realities.

I cannot create a trip without card details why?
You have to setup your in App payment by adding your card details before you can be able to create trip. Payment is handle by Flutterwave and its 100% secure, ISO certification, PA DSS and PCI DSS compliant.
I have in App payment set but i cannot create trip, why?
We charge base and tonnage fare when creating delivery order, you must have the fare in your account before creating the order.
Are my goods insured?
When creating a delivery order you have the option of setting the value of goods for us to provide GIT or you set the value as 0 if you got your GIT sorted yourself.
